3. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for any delays or issues that arise during shipping or delivery. Requested for expedited delivery shall fall under the carrier required. (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority)
4. Returns and Refunds
Printed items with defects (flaws, poor print quality, wrong item), with a15 day return window for exchange or refund, while personalized/custom items are usually final sale, and return shipping may be refunded if defects are confirmed.

Return Window: 15 days from purchase.
Eligible Returns:
Defective Products: Items with manufacturing flaws, poor print quality, or that are different from the order.
Wrong Item/Size: exchanges but no refunds
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): Personalized, custom-made, or clearance items are excluded.
Condition: Items must usually be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refund Method: Full refund to original payment, store credit, or exchange (e.g., for a different size).
Return Shipping: Seller pays for returns due to errors; customer often pays for returns due to change of mind or wrong size ordered.
